Marcus and Cement guy came out today to stake out the property. They say I need to yank the last tree out.

They think center drain is best 6” rear offset

Call gale at the bank and get the money ready

I need to finalize the design decisions

  • Stone
  • Roof color
  • Location and type of car lift
  • Garage door type, color, etc…
  • Entry door type and color
  • Garage door lift information.
  • ROOF VENT FOR FUTURE PLUMBING.

Lift ideas

“Please pour the entire 3rd bay slab at 6″ thick, 4,000 PSI with rebar reinforcement. In the area where a future 2-post lift will be installed, leave two 4′ × 4′ PEX-free zones (no tubing) where the lift columns will be located. Keep tubing at least 12″ clear around those zones. Provide a sketch of the tubing layout and photos before pouring.”

👉 So to answer your question: It’s more than just the roof vent and mini-split electric box. I’d also strongly consider:

  • Dryer vent sleeve (if laundry is even a “maybe”).
  • Bath/kitchen exhaust ducts.
  • Hose bibbs.
  • A capped line-set sleeve for the mini-split refrigerant lines.
  • Solar PV conduit (if solar is even a possibility down the road).

All vents other than the plumbing roof vent can be added after the fact. That way the exterior stays water tight until I need to install some appliance.
