Description

The bench pre-assembly station where receptacles are wired up before going into the boxes — a workflow that keeps in-box work fast: drop the module in and connect it into the chain. On the table:

  • Three dual-gang outlet assemblies — each a pair of 20A duplex receptacles pre-wired with WAGO 221 lever-nut pigtails (hot / neutral / ground), ready to chain in the 2-gang boxes.
  • One single-outlet assembly (far right) — staged for the Bay 3 ceiling box.

This is the practical execution of the project’s Wago-exclusive splice plan (lever-nuts for the vast majority of splices — faster, more reliable, easier to troubleshoot than twist-on nuts), documented in the materials order. Pre-building the Wago pigtails on the bench means each box just gets the feed/branch cables landed into the lever-nuts.
