Description

Framing crew lifting roof sheathing to the dormer level using a skid steer with forks. Sheathing is nearly complete on the main roof planes while dormer openings remain open for window framing. The shell is still open at the garage bays with temporary bracing in place.

Visible Elements

  • Two dormer structures framed and sheathed at the second level
  • Skid steer with forks hoisting sheathing and a worker staged mid-roof
  • Open garage bays with temporary diagonal bracing across openings
  • Snow-covered site with stacked lumber and plywood staged along the right side
  • Gable overhangs and fascia lines visible prior to underlayment install

Notes

  • Captures the lift method used to stage sheathing at the roof peak.
  • Shows dormer framing details and open rough openings before weatherproofing.
  • Useful reference of site logistics and bracing before underlayment application.
