Utility Conduits
Contractor confirmed that cement contractor will return to complete installation of all utility conduits before concrete pour:
- Water line
- Sewer line
- Natural gas line
- Electric service
- 2” empty conduit for future low voltage connections (fiber optic, coax for TV, network wires from house to garage)
PEX Pressure Test & Inspection
- PEX radiant system ready for inspection
- City inspector scheduled for Wednesday, October 29th, 2025
- Inspector is currently very busy but has confirmed the appointment
- Concrete pour scheduled after inspection approval
Slab Temperature Sensor
- Plan to pick up 25’ of ½” PEX this afternoon to route slab temperature sensor conduit
- Will be installed before inspection
