- Natural gas line
- Electric service
- 2” empty conduit for future low voltage (fiber optic, coax, network from house to garage)

- ✓ Verified Marcus received notification that mechanical inspection for PEX in-floor heating passed on Oct 23
- Marcus confirmed he was aware inspection passed
Schedule
- Terry (cement contractor) expected onsite Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday this week (Oct 28-30)

- Install rebar/wire mesh
