Purpose
Called City of Clare Building Inspector Terry regarding parking logistics during construction phase - materials (trusses) now blocking driveway/parking area.
Notes
Issue
- Roof trusses delivered to site earlier today (11:30 AM) and staged on garage slab
- Materials are blocking normal car parking area
- Need to park vehicles on street temporarily during framing phase
City Ordinance
- Winter Parking Restriction: Clare has ordinance prohibiting on-street parking during winter months to facilitate snow plow operations
- This would normally prevent us from parking on the road during construction

- Waiver Granted: Terry confirmed that since the property is “under construction,” the winter parking restriction will be waived for our vehicles until project completion
