Description

Front elevation showing siding progress halted due to materials shortage. The crew was unable to complete the front facade siding because a replacement stone panel was not in stock. Since siding must be installed from bottom to top, work cannot proceed until the missing stone panel arrives. Both dormers show completed vinyl siding, and stone veneer is visible on lower corners flanking the garage openings.

Visible Elements

Completed Work:

  • Charcoal standing-seam metal roof fully installed on main structure
  • Both dormer siding complete with vinyl panels and windows
  • Stone veneer columns partially installed on lower sections
  • Soffit and fascia trim in place

Work On Hold (Front Wall):

  • Tyvek HomeWrap still exposed across entire front wall above garage openings
  • Cannot proceed without replacement stone panel
  • Siding must go from bottom to top - stone panel required first

Materials & Equipment:

  • Brown metal trim pieces stacked in driveway
  • Cardboard material boxes visible in snow
  • Construction debris awaiting cleanup

Construction Context:

  • Three garage door openings still open (doors scheduled for January 6)
  • Blue tarp visible inside leftmost bay
  • Temporary supports and materials stored inside

Outstanding Items

Per crew chief, the following items will be completed when they return with the stone panel:

  1. Stone panel replacement - Required to continue front siding
  2. Front wall siding completion - Must install bottom-to-top
  3. Snow guards on roof - Needed above entry door to prevent snow/ice slides
  4. Sewer vent installation - Still needs to be installed through roof
