Description
Front elevation view of the completed garage exterior showing all siding, stone veneer panels, and snow stops now installed. This represents a major milestone — the exterior work by Hershberger’s framing crew is essentially complete (pending only site cleanup).

Siding Installation (Complete):
- Light gray/tan vinyl siding covering all wall surfaces
- White trim around windows, doors, and corners
- Both dormers fully sided with matching siding
- Clean corner details and transitions
Stone Veneer Panels:
- Versetta Ledgestone (Plum Creek) stone veneer columns
- Stone panels flanking each of the three garage door openings
- Stone column next to the service entry door
- Previously delayed stone panel now installed (was missing Jan 2)
Snow Stops:
- Metal snow stops installed on standing-seam roof
- Positioned above the entry door area
- Prevents snow/ice slides onto walkway below
Garage Door Openings:
- Three 8-foot tall openings (recently modified from 7-foot)
- Ready for garage door installation
- White trim framing each opening
Roof Details:
- Charcoal standing-seam metal roof
- Two dormers with windows
- Ridge line visible
- Sewer vent boot visible on roof (newly installed)
Entry Door:
- Half-lite exterior door installed (right side)
- White trim surround
Site Conditions:
- Snow cover on ground
- Scrap pile in foreground (cleanup pending)

Construction Status
With the completion of this work on January 13, 2026, Hershberger’s framing crew has completed all contracted exterior work:

- Front siding and stone panel installation (delayed from Jan 2)
- Snow stops installation
- Sewer vent stack installation
- Garage door opening modifications (7’ → 8’ height)

- Site cleanup / scrap pile removal (dumpster rental)
- Garage door installation (~1 month out due to reorder)
After the garage doors are installed, the Hershberger’s contract will be complete.
